Next case number three, it was a 42 year old lady with no symptoms, routine mammography and unconventional mammography. We detected a suspicious mass, irregular maybe speculated mass on the right breast. It was detected on the MLO view but difficult to be detected on the cranial caudal view. After the administration of contrast, we can see clearly on the MLO view and irregular speculated mass highly suspicious for malignancy. We also perform a thermal study and we see the speculation or the distortion surrounding the lesion, but clearly it was better to be detected on contrast enhanced mammography. Final result in this case was a 12mm invasive Dr. cancer luminal AID subtype. And as you can see on MRI, it was very difficult to detect lesion because of strong breast pouring chemo enhancement. That is why in this case Tyson was very nice because was not as much influenced by the ovarian cycle as MRI was.
