OK 13 a 41 year old lady with a purple lamp in the right breast. What do we see on conventional mammography? We detected several clusters of microcalcifications in both MLO views and craniocardial views and with two more synthesis we also detected the micro calcifications, probably a mass here, but it was not very clear. And on Tyson, we detected a multi centric cancer, the palpable mass here, the other mass in the outer quadrants and several enhancements scattered in the outer quadrants. This is the correlation with MRID that detected at least two masses with a very good correlation with contrast mammography. And the final result was a multi centric invasive Dr. cancer and an extensive doctor carcinoma in situ. So the take home message is that Tyson showed a very good correlation with MRI in this multicentric disease.
