Case #7 A 43 year old lady who attended at our institution because of a pulpable lamp in the left breast. Well. On the conventional study, we detected a well eliminated well circumscribed mass on the left breast, both cranial codal and MLO views. After the administration of contrast medium, we see there is not an uptake of contrast on this mass and this is typical of a benign lesion such a fibroadenoma. This was the correlation with ultrasound, the mass and the biopsy confirmed of fibroadenoma. So in this case, Tyson was very useful to predict the benignity of a palpable breast lamp before the biopsy was performed.
