Systems This job aid will walk you through the steps to customize and assign the Pelvis Contrast Me- dium Necessary Decision Tree to a Pelvis protocol. This Decision Tree will help to streamline the default Thorax Abdomen protocol by creating one protocol but allowing for the correct parame- ters for a non-contrast exam versus a contrasted exam. These steps require you to be signed in as a SuperUser. The password for this user was created during your initial turnover and will help you gain access to the Exam Designer. 1. Select the cog wheel in the upper right corner to open the Exam Designer. In the Exam Designer, select myExam Cockpit. The following options can be found under the Scan Strategies tab. • The woCM aligns the Scan Mode (RoutineSpiralAdultPelvis), CARE Dose4D & CARE kV (Full), CARE kV optimized for (Non-Contrast), Injector Coupling (Off), and Absolute Start Delay (Default to API Time). • The wCM aligns the Scan Mode Mode (RoutineSpiralAdultPelvis) , CARE Dose4D & CARE kV (Full), CARE kV optimized for (Soft Tissue with Contrast), Injector Coupling (On), Contrast Protocol (Abdomen [factory]), and Absolute Start Delay (Customize to whatever is needed for delay, e.g. 60.0).
