CT Contrast Fundamentals for the Hybrid Technologist USA

This course provides basic information to the PET or SPECT technologist who is new to using CT Contrast in their practice. The topics covered in this course include basics of contrast media, contrast media administration, timing the contrast administration, key factors for injections, injection protocols and delays, common adverse reactions to IV contrast media, oral and rectal contrast agents, as well as using contrast agents with pediatric patients.
