Creating an MR SaveLog – Numaris X Job Aid Creating an MR SaveLog – Numaris X A SaveLog captures system data at the time of an error or incident. This data helps the Customer Care Center (CCC), or your Customer Service Engineer (CSE) assess the MR system’s functionality. When to Perform a SaveLog • Immediately after an error or incident occurs. • Before restarting the MR System • Avoid using the scanner or any other operations during this process. 1. From the Home screen, click the Cogwheel icon. 2. Select SaveLog. Configuration Panel Administration Portal Remote Access Remote Assistance SaveLog 3. In the Create SaveLog window, enter the following information: • Site Name – enter Facility name • Describe the error or your observation – enter Description • Attach Screenshots – checkbox to include screenshots into SaveLog file 4.
