Configuration of Window Settings Video

This tutorial video will demonstrate how to configure the window settings on your CT scanner.

Coming up in this video is how to edit, create and delete a Windows setting for the following scanners. Some atomic seed somatom excite somatom go and neotoma alpha. The range of functionality offered by the administration portal depends on the role of your user account. For adding, editing and deleting Windows settings, a clinical admin user account is required. If your account does not own the clinical administrator role, you can view all parameters, but you cannot change them. In the administration portal you can define window values for various body parts. For this you need to log in with a clinical admin user account. On the access bar, click the configuration icon and choose clinical configuration. The clinical configuration workspace of the administration portal opens. Choose image from the navigation tree in the examination configuration window and select windowing tab. Editing. Adding. And deleting Windows setting can be done in this windowing tab. The table contains predefined body parts and their window values. Click edit in the corresponding line in the organ specific window table. Edit The requested values. And click update. Click save to save the change. In addition, you can delete the Windows setting by clicking the delete button. The change is saved. With the save button. Please mind that changes will be lost when not clicking the save button. In the administration portal you can add new organ windows settings. For adding window values, login with clinical admin. User account is also required. After opening the examination configuration window, choose image from the navigation tree. Click new entry and enter the name of the organ and the requested window values. Click insert to add the new organ window setting to the list. The entry will be inserted according to alphabetical order. Click save to save the change. U24 window values can be assigned to the F5 to F8 key for fast access. Soft tissue. Lung. Bone and liver are selected by default from the corresponding lists. For example, select: from the window value on F5 list to save the window values of: by using the F5 key. Click save to save the change. Click set default values to return to the default settings. In case your account doesn't own the clinical administrator role, please log in with the clinical admin account. On the access bar, click the configuration icon and choose administration portal. The clinical configuration workspace of the administration portal opens. Click login with username. Enter the user credentials of your Windows user account and the username and password field. Then click the login button.
