Collimator Change with Collimator Cart on the Symbia Pro.specta™ Video

This video provides an overview on how to complete a collimator change with the collimator cart.

ACC REMOVE SMARTZOOM Detector: 180 Top Cancel Automatic Motion SIEMENS The patient table will lower and the Gantry Display will indicate when to dock the collimator cart. Dock CCC cart Dock the collimator cart. Once docked, the detector will align with the drawer containing the selected collimator. Open drawer 2 completely When instructed, open the specified drawer on the collimator cart. Close drawer completely Close the collimator drawer when instructed. The system will rotate to repeat these steps on the other detector. CAUTION DO NOT IMPACT THIS SURFACE AS RABLE CRYSTAL DAMAGE MAY OCCUR Open drawer 1 completely Once the collimator clamp closes, the Gantry Display will indicate when to undock the collimator cart. Undock cart Once undocked, the bed will move to the scan height and the detectors will automatically move to the preselected configuration. Touch Pad Test After the system is configured, a Touch Pad Test will automatically show on the Gantry Display. Press each touch pad on the collimators and one touch pad on the yoke to complete the test. Please note that the learning material is for training purposes only.
