Cleaning or Replacing the Fan Filter on the Atellica® IM Analyzer Video

The immunoassay Analyzer has one fan filter on the back center panel that requires cleaning monthly. This video will show you the steps for how to clean the Atellica Immuno Assay Analyzer fan filter. Note the customer parts kit includes spare fan filters. Use a spare filter while the cleaned filter dries. Once dry, place the cleaned filter in the customer parts kit for future use. Locate the fan filter on the back center panel to remove and clean the fan filter. Grasp the left side of the fan filter and pull it out of the slot. Inspect and discard damaged filters. Rinse the filter with tap water, then tap the filter to remove excess water and let it air dry. To reinstall a spare fan filter, slide the fan filter into the black slot with the plastic grid facing away from the panel. If the original filter is damaged or discarded, order a replacement filter.
