Cios Select VA21 Open a Patient from the Worklist Video

This video explains how to open a patient from the HIS/RIS Worklist query and how the patient data can be corrected.

In this video you will learn how to open patients from the work list. The work list contains patient information that has been updated from a connected historisk and patients that were manually pre registered on your system. To open the work list, select the work list button on the keyboard. The work list opens on the left monitor. Depending on your system configuration, your system may connect to the hospital or radiology information system historisk via either a wireless connection or via an Ethernet cable. When your system is connected to the historice, the work list updates automatically. When the work list is opened, your system can also be configured to update the work list at regular time intervals. When your system is connected to the historisk, it is also possible to update the work list manually. Press the settings button on the monitor trolley keyboard. The manage tool is displayed on the left monitor. Please note you cannot open the manage tool when a patient is active. You must close the current patient before pressing the settings button. There are three sub task cards on the manage tool. The patient sub task card, the setting sub task card and the service sub task card. The icons who update the work list is on the patient subtest card. There are two icons to update the work list. The icon on the left updates the work list with all examinations planned for the system. If you are looking for a specific patient, you can select the right risk icon to perform a patient based risk query to perform a work list update for all plans examinations, press on the left icon. After you select the update Worklist icon, the Worklist window opens on the left monitor. The work list is updated with the patience plan for your system. You can select the patient from the work list by using the mouse on the monitor trolley and double click. Or use the arrows on the keyboard to select a patient. And select the exam button in the end to open the patient for examination. Now let's check the patient data. Select the settings button to open the manage tool on the left monitor. Double click none. They required patient. Or go to the patient sub task card. And select this icon. The data of the selected patient are transferred to the data entry dialog. Check that the information is correct and add any missing data. Click correct patient data to correct the patient data. The work list is displayed again.
