Atellica® Solution Lot Log Job Aid

Lot Log Job Aid Atellica® Solution The Lot Log is used to trace when a consumable is first loaded onto the system. The Lot Log can be used to quickly reference consumable dates as needed for audits and accreditation. The Lot Log can store lot information, date, and associated module: • The system automatically adds the consumables with barcodes to the log • The operator manually adds the consumables without barcodes to the log • The system adds QC and calibrator materials to the log after first use When the operator loads a lot of consumables to a module for the first time it is registered to the Lot Log. The operator can manually add comments into the Lot Log as needed. All records display in re- verse chronological order based on the Date First Loaded. The Lot Log filter can be used to trace consumables and dates (as shown in Reviewing the Lot Log). Reviewing the Lot Log: 1. Navigate to Lot Log 2. To narrow the displayed consumables and supplies, use the appropriate filters 3. Review the appropriate consumable and supply lot information 4. To export the Lot Log: A. Select Export B. Select a File Type C. Select a storage location D.
