Reaction tray Samples and reagents are dispensed into disposable cuvette strips for analysis. The reaction tray holds: 16 strips of cuvettes 1 strip contains 5 cuvettes Total capacity = 80 cuvettes Reaction Tray atellicadt250_systemoverview_reactiontray.mp3 Samples and reagents are dispensed into disposable cuvette strips for analysis. The reaction tray holds 16 strips of cuvettes. A cuvette strip contains 5 cuvettes. This means the analyzer can hold a total of 80 cuvettes. ? Sample sectors Samples are loaded into sample sectors (racks). Sample sectors are barcoded and contain 19 positions. 5 sample sectors can be handled by the analyzer at once. Sample sectors have 2 tube adapter sizes. Tubes that fit these adapters can be analyzed in: primary mode (standard sample tube) secondary mode (sample cup) Sample Sectors atellicadt250_systemoverview_sectors.mp3 Samples are loaded into sample sectors or racks. The sample sectors are barcoded and contain 19 positions. And a total of 5 sample sectors can be loaded onto the analyzer at once. The sample sectors have 2 sample tube adapter sizes, 11.5 to 13 millimeter size and 13 to 16 millimeter size, and samples can be ran as primary or secondary tubes. Primary tubes being standard sample tubes. And secondary tubes being sample cups. ? Reagent basket The reagent basket contains 48 cooled positions: 24 small positions – 15mL containers 24 large positions – 30mL containers The center of the reagent basket provides a graphical representation of the onboard reagent positions. The reagent positions are angled to allow the probe to aspirate liquid at low liquid levels. Reagent Basket atellicadt250_systemoverview_reagentbasket.mp3 The reagent basket is housed within the reagent tray in a cooled, insulated compartment with a range of 2 to 8 degrees Celcius. The reagent basket has 48 positions: 24 small positions for 15mL containers and 24 large positions for 30mL containers. The positioning plate in the center of the reagent basket indicates the onboard reagent position. And the reagent positions are angled to allow the probe to aspirate maximum liquid levels. ? Auxiliary Pump Module This additional module: Continuously and automatically supplies System Water Drains waste Monitors liquid levels Auxiliary Pump Module Your lab may choose to use an Auxiliary Pump Module. The Auxiliary Pump Module is an optional device for use with the analyzer to continuously and automatically supply System Water to the instrument, and to drain waste into an external container or suitable drain. The draining and filling is performed by means of a dedicated system water and waste pumps. This module monitors liquid levels inside the liquid containers using the weight scales of the instrument, and uses external containers for the supply and drainage of system liquids. ? System access levels The system allows 4 different user types: Normal user (default) Perform standard routine system operations Power user Normal user rights + define control and calibrator sets Supervisor Power user rights + manage users, set assay limits, set up reflex testing, and create open channel assays Service Supervisor rights + access special service operations. Only for authorized local technical support providers System Access Levels atellicadt250_systemoverview_access.mp3 The system allows 4 different user types. A normal user can perform standard routine system operations and is the default user type. A power user can perform normal user rights plus define control sets and calibrator sets. A supervisor can perform power user rights plus manage users, set assay limits, set up reflex testing, and create open channel assays. And finally, service can perform supervisor rights plus access special service operations. This user type is only for authorized local technical support providers. ?
