Atellica® DT 250 Review and Accept a Calibration Video

In this video, we will demonstrate how to review and accept a calibration on the Italica DT-250 Analyzer. Let's begin by selecting the calibration icon in the menu bar. Then select the Pending Acceptance button. Choose the desired method. Review the calibration curve and values to review flagged calibration results, Select the Detail button to view additional information about the selected reaction. This panel points out active flags. Flag results include results that exceed validity limits, duplication limits, or reference class limits. At least one value for each vial must be selected. You can disable individual replicates by deselecting the result from the calibrator column. As standards are deselected, the values are recalculated. Once you are satisfied with the calibration curve and values, select Accept. If the calibration curve is unusable, select Reject and repeat the process of ordering and processing the calibration. Note if the Automatic Acceptance Criteria option is enabled, the calibration will be accepted automatically if it falls within the defined parameters.
