Dispose of the remaining liquid inside the containers. Pour a small amount (approximately 10% of the volume of the container) of commercially available hypochlorite solution into the container. Place a cap on the container, then shake it thoroughly. Pour the solution out of the container, and rinse it with deionized water. Repeat the procedure for each container. atellicadt250_weeklymaint4.mp3 Intensive Cuvette Cleaning: Before starting an automatic cycle, the instrument will check the optical status of the cuvettes. If the number of cuvettes with out of absorbance limits is greater than 20, the cycle will stop and the system will ask for the replacement of cuvettes. In case of high number of failed cuvettes, an intensive cleaning can be initiated. From the Main screen, select settings. Select Maintenance, and select Operations. Select Hydraulics. Then, from the Intensive Cuvette Cleaning box, select the play button. atellicadt250_weeklymaint5.mp3 Replacing Solutions: A number of diluents and cleaning solutions can be defined and added to the reagent tray. These solutions should be checked regularly, and it is recommended to replace them every week, if otherwise not specified. It is particularly important for diluent solutions, which sometimes lack preservatives and can cause contamination issues. atellicadt250_weeklymaint6.mp3 Service Backup: To perform a Service Backup, select Settings from the main screen. Select Maintenance and then select Scheduler. Select the Schedule tab. Ensure Weekly is selected. Select Apply Changes.
