Atellica® DT 250 Order and Load Quality Control Video
This video demonstrates how to order and load quality control on the Atellica DT 250 analyzer.
In this video, we will demonstrate how to order and load quality control QC onto the Atelica DT-250 Analyzer. Let's begin by learning how to order QC. Start by selecting the Quality control icon in the menu bar. Then select the Controls button. Depending on the type of QC you are ordering, select either the Qualitative or Quantitative radio button. In this example, let's order qualitative QC. Verify the qualitative radio button is selected, then select New from a new control window. Select a control set, then select at least one test to be performed by utilizing the check boxes next to the test column. If you would like to perform the QC tests multiple times, update the Replicates column. When complete, select OK to confirm your input. Now let's navigate to the sample tray screen to load our QC. Select the sample tray icon in the menu bar, select an available sector from a sector list, and then select Place Sample from the Place Sample window. Use the arrows to locate and select the Controls tab, then select the QC we ordered. Select Place All to automatically assign the QC levels sequentially to available sector positions or to manually assign the QC levels to specific sector positions. Select the positions from the Positions field and then select Place. Next, select Secondary to process the QC from micro sample cups. The ring around the sector positions indicates secondary mode. Pipe at the control levels into the sample cups and then select Place Sector. Load the sector into the sample tray loading area. Once the sector is properly secured and the sliding cover is closed, select OK. Finally, navigate to the main screen by selecting the main screen icon in the menu bar. From here, select the Start button to begin analysis.
