Atellica® DT 250 Order and Load a Calibration Video

This video demonstrates how to order and load a calibration onto the Atellica DT 250 analyzer.

In this video, we will demonstrate how to order and load a calibration onto the Atelica DT-250 Analyzer. Let's begin by learning how to order a calibration. Start by selecting the calibration icon in the menu bar. Select the calibration button and then select New. From the new calibration window. Select a calibrator set from the Calibrator set drop down. Then select the test or tests you want a calibration to perform. To select all tests, select the blue box in the column header. Additionally, if you would like to run a test multiple times for precision testing, utilize the Replicate column. When finished, select OK to confirm your input. Now let's navigate to the sample tray screen to load our calibration. Select the sample tray icon in the menu bar. Select an available sector from the sector list, and then select Place Sample from the Place Sample window. Use the arrows to locate and select the Calibrators tab. Then select the calibration we ordered. Select Place All to automatically assign the calibration level sequentially to the available sector positions. Or you can manually assign the calibrator levels to sector positions by selecting positions from the Positions field and then selecting Place. In this example, we will select Place All. Select Exit to return to the sample tray screen. Our place calibrators are indicated by the green positions 1-2 and three in the displayed sector. Next, select Secondary to process the calibration from sample cups. The ring around the sector positions indicates Secondary mode. Pipe out the calibrator levels into the sample cups and place them in the correct sector positions. When complete, select Place Sector. The sample tray drives the first available sector position to the sample tray loading area. Slide open the sample tray loading area and insert the sector. Once the sector is properly secured and the sliding cover is closed, select OK Finally, navigate to the main screen by selecting the main screen icon in the menu bar. From here, select the Start button to begin analysis.
