Atellica® DT 250 Define a New Control Set Video
This video demonstrates how to define a new control set on the Atellica DT 250 analyzer.
In this video, we will demonstrate how to define a new control set on the Italica DT-250 Analyzer. Note that this procedure requires you to be logged in with supervisor privileges. New control sets must be defined when a new lot is available and new admissible ranges are defined. Begin by selecting the quality control icon in the menu bar. Let's start with defining A qualitative control set. Select the qualitative radio button. Select New. Define the control set ID. Enter the lot number and expiration date. These can be entered manually or with the optional barcode scanner. Double click the name of the test in the Quick Load field to add it to the control set. Enter the minimum separation absorbance value and the desired amount of replicates. Select OK to save. You have the option to import minimum separation absorbance values from an existing database. From Settings, select Data, Select Import and select QC Sets. Navigate to the location where they're stored, Select the ID you want to import, and select OK. Now let's see how to define a quantitative control set. Select the Quantitative radio button. Select New, define the control set ID, enter the lot number and expiration date. These can be entered manually or with the optional barcode scanner. Select OK to save.
