Atellica® Data Manager Review Test Results Video

This video provides an overview of performing a sample search and reviewing test results in Atellica® Data Manager.

To review test results in Atelica Data Manager, we will begin by navigating to the Review and Edit tab. Select Review and Edit from the command bar. When you select the Review and Edit tab for the first time, the Sample Query window opens. By default, the Sample Query window allows you to filter samples based on a desired search criteria, or you can select OK to view all samples in the Review status. Let's review all samples, select OK. The Review and Edit screen features 2 display modes, Normal or Regular View and Split View. In Normal view, test results are displayed in a single list and can be grouped in tab pages versus Split View where test results are displayed in different panels, allowing for more test results to be viewed at one time. Now let's take a deeper dive into the different areas of the Review and Edit screen. In Normal view, the Review and Edit browser displays 1 sample ID and all of its associated test results at a time. To navigate through the sample query, set and view the next or previous sample ID, utilize the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen. The Request Options Slide Out panel can be utilized to apply additional filter criteria to the result set. For example, we could narrow the review to only include sample IDs with a glucose result, or we could look at results that were produced from a specific instrument. Now let's take a closer look at the sample to learn more about the Review and Edit screen. Basic, advanced, and Las related information is displayed in the Sample and Patient Details section within the Request browser. Test results are displayed. Note that tests are grouped into tabs by test group. Select the tabs to view all test results. The Information and Warning section indicates if additional information is associated with a sample, like sample documents or result flags. Additionally, the Iexpert button displays any rules the sample may trigger and provides suggested actions based on the triggered rules. Note that the Iexpert button turns yellow when a rule has been triggered. The Details Slide Out panel contains collapsible content sections for images, result, comments, and flags associated with the sample or test result. Additionally, the Magnifying glass buttons can be selected to open an expandable viewing area. The button bar allows you to perform functions like Validate, rerun or upload on test results selected in the Review and Edit browser. And finally, the select dropdown can be utilized to select results in the Review and Edit browser by a specific status. IE you could select results in the review status to then validate.
