Atellica® Data Manager Review Results using Split View Video
This video provides an overview of how to review and manage results using the Review and Edit Split view.
The review and edit screen features 2 display modes, Normal or Regular View and Split View. In Normal view, test results are displayed in a single list and can be grouped in tab pages versus Split View where test results are displayed in different panels, allowing for more test results to be viewed at one time. This view is typically used in hematology or allergy testing to facilitate viewing of all test results and clinically relevant information and minimizes the need for scrolling. But Split View can be seen with any sample that contains at least one test within a test group assigned to one of the split view panels. Now let's take a deeper dive into the different areas of the Review and edit screen and split view. The Sample and Patient Details section is an expandable and collapsible section that displays sample details. The section is collapsed by default and split view to accommodate the additional panels, so utilize the expand icon to view all details. The Information and Warning section indicates if additional information is associated with a sample, like sample documents or result flags. Additionally, the I Expert button displays any rules a sample may trigger and provide suggested actions based on the triggered rules. Note that the I Expert button turns yellow when a rule has been triggered. The Request option Slide Out panel allows you to apply additional filter criteria to the result set. The Split View Browser section features three panels with the panel name displayed at the top. The individual panels also contain their own sets of vertical and horizontal scroll bars to view all test information. The Details Slide Out panel contains collapsible content sections on images, result, comments and flags. Additionally, the magnifying glass buttons can be selected to open an expandable viewing area. The button bar allows you to perform functions on selected results regardless of their panel placement, while buttons within a panel allow you to only perform functions within that panel. The select drop down can be utilized to select results by a specific status. And finally, the navigation bar allows you to navigate through the sample set. Now let's take a closer look at a sample in Review and Edit Split View and see the different ways we can perform actions on a sample to edit a result. Locate the desired result to be edited and then utilize the panel's Edit button to enable edit mode in the single panel. Once the result has been edited, remember to select the panel's Edit button again to disable edit mode. To validate results. You have a few options. You can validate selected results in a panel using the panel's Validate button. You can validate all results in a panel using the panel's Validate All button. Or you can validate an entire sample using the Validate button in the button bar. Note that the Validate buttons will be disabled until all results in a panel or results in the entire sample have been viewed using the vertical scroll bars. To rerun results, you can rerun selected results in a sample by selecting Rerun in the button bar, or rerun all results in a sample by selecting Rerun All. To rerun a panel, select a panel's Rerun button To revert results. You can revert an entire sample by selecting Revert in the button bar or Revert a panel by selecting a panel's Revert button. To view previous patient data or run data including any cytograms, select View Previous and finally the hamburger menu button in the panels can be selected for additional functions like invalidate, unschedule, upload and omit results in a panel.
