Atellica® Data Manager Review QC Results Video

This video provides an overview of the QC results tab and demonstrates how to review QC results.

To review QC results in Atelica Data Manager, begin by selecting QC from the command bar, then select the Results tab. When you open the QC Results tab for the first time, the filter panel expands automatically. Here you can define filter criteria for the QC results to be displayed in the browser. Additionally, you can open multiple browsers within the QC Results tab, each with different filter criteria, by selecting the Plus icon. In this example, we will filter the QC results by test and date range. Note, to view QC results from a predefined set of filters, a shortcut can be preconfigured to open the QC Results screen from the Home tab. Please contact your local Technical Support provider if you would like to configure this shortcut. Once a filter is applied, the filter criteria is displayed above the QC results list. Here, QC results are displayed in a tabular format. To view detailed QC result information, double click on a desired result. Let's double click on the 1st T3 result to learn more. The QC result window provides detailed information about the result record, including result values, severity flags, failed W guard checks, and any comments. Now let's return to the QC results list to learn more about the screen. The colored graph columns display the position of the value relative to its population, reference value, and reference deviation. The colored zones represent the following number of standard deviations. SD Gray represents between plus and -1 SD, green represents between -1 SD and -2 SD or one SD and two SD Yellow represents between -2 SD and -3 SD or two SD and three SD, and red represents more than -3 SD or three SD. Values within the graph columns display as one of the following. An arrow indicates outliers further than four SD from reference, A dot indicates QC results within the four SD range, solid indicates non omitted QC results and outlined indicates omitted QC results. The details slide out panel contains collapsible content sections with additional result information. The Comments section displays any instrument parse, failed W, guard, or user comments, and user comments can be added by utilizing the pencil icon. The Flags section displays any QC result flags for the selected result, and the User Action section displays any actions operators performed on the selected QC result. The statistics area below the QC results table displays statistics for the selected result. And finally, Show Grah opens the Levy Jennings Grah for the selected result or multiple results, while Show Result Details opens the QC result window to view additional details on the QC results.
