Recommended to be viewed on the following devices: All (incl. tablet, smartphone)

To move the FD, you can use the membrane keys on the FD, the joystick and touch screen on the pilot control module. Please note that some functions aren't available on all flat detector models. To change the source image distance, lift or lower the detector. You can also use the membrane keys on the back of the Stand C Arm joystick to change the source image distance. To do the same on the touch screen, tap Detector Lift and hold the required movement. When you change the source image distance, the system automatically adjusts collimation. To rotate the FD to portrait or landscape orientation, select the Portrait and landscape key. When the system rotates the FD, it also automatically readjusts columnation. Select the key again to rotate the FD back. You can also use the touch screen to move the FD to portrait or landscape orientation. In the Rotation menu, tap the required movement. If you hold the button, you can rotate the FD manually. When you rotate the FD manually, the image rotates as well. Let's now stop the FD. As you can see on the touch screen, it is neither aligned to 0 nor 90°. When you now tap one of the rotation buttons, the FD won't rotate automatically into portrait or landscape position. To use the automatic portrait and landscape rotation function again, you need to bring the FD into portrait or landscape position, in other words to 0 or 90°. Now the FD rotates back to 0 or 90° and automatic rotation is switched on again.
