The interface is similar to the control room display. The display is divided into the Info Area and segments. For more information, select the markers. Segment types ? You can change the layout manually by opening the Layout Gallery from the Pilot control module, or from the control room. To learn more, select the tabs and review the content. Edit the screen layouts using the Display Layout Configurator The Info Area is mandatory for all screen layouts. Check your operator manual for further rules. You can only save screen layouts that comply with the legal rules. Display Layout Configurator Edit the screen layouts using the Display Layout Configurator [artis_ve4_olt_ui-intro_exam-room_6.mp3] If you want to edit the screen layouts, open the Display Layout Configurator from the Layout Gallery on the control room display. Here you can also create your own screen layouts. However, there are some rules and legal restrictions for screen layouts. The Info Area, for example, is mandatory for all screen layouts. For further rules, please check your operator manual. You can only save screen layouts that comply with the legal rules. ? On the exam room display, you can open the OnScreen menu. In this video you will learn how to open the Onscreen menu and how to select items. The Onscreen menu allows you to access many functions of the imaging system from the exam room. Some examples of the functions that you can access from the Onscreen menu include; post processing images, performing measurements and image documentation. To open the Onscreen menu, press on the key on the Pilot Control Module (PCM). The Onscreen menu opens on the exam room display. The menu items available depend on the licenses available on your system and your system configuration. Additionally, the menu items change depending on the type of images currently displayed. For example 2D, 3D or DSA. When a 2D image is displayed, the Onscreen menu displays options related to 2D imaging and post processing. The menu items change when a 3D image is open in the active segment. Additionally, new options are available on the Onscreen menu with a DSA image. You use the jog wheel to scroll through the menu items on the Onscreen menu. You can check the current allocation of the jog wheel functions on the exam room display. Deflect the jog wheel side to side to scroll through the menus. Deflect the jog wheel up and down to scroll through menu items. You select a menu item by pressing OK on the jog wheel. The Onscreen menu will close automatically after a configured period of time however you can manually close the onscreen menu by pressing on the Onscreen menu key on the pilot control module, or by pressing the exit function on the Pilot control module. Then select the OnScreen Menu Configurator. In the configurator, you can hide and show pages and functions in these pages. To learn more, select the markers and callouts. Show and hide pages You can show or hide pages by using the up and down buttons or drag and drop. Please note: If the arrow buttons are not displayed, only drag and drop can be used. Show and hide functions When you select a page, you can view the available functions for that page on the right side. To show or hide a function, move the function to the left or right side by using the respective arrow buttons or drag and drop. Please note: If the arrow buttons are not displayed, you can only use drag and drop. Hidden Functions The function is hidden and is not available in the OnScreen menu. In the Info Area, you can find important patient and examination data, system and table position information, explanations about how to move the jog wheel on the Pilot control module, and system messages.
