AI-Rad Companion - Brain MR Confirmation Workflow Job Aid
This PDF provides an overview of the steps within the AI-Rad Companion Brain MR Confirmation Workflow.
Brain MR Confirmation Workflow AI-Rad Companion The AI‑Rad Companion Brain MR Morphometry feature creates brain morphometry reports on the basis of T1-weighted magnetization-prepared and rapid gradient-echo (MPRAGE) series. The report contains graphic visualizations of different brain regions (label map and deviation map) and a volumetric table with the numeric results. AI-Rad Companion Brain MR White Matter Hyperintensities (WMH) includes segmentation and quantification of white matter hyperintensities on the basis of T1-weighted MPRAGE and T2- weighted FLAIR datasets as input. The WMH report contains visualization of WMH (3D overlay of WMH map) and numeric results of count and volume of WMH over four brain regions: periventricular, juxtacortical, infratentorial and deep white matter. After activating the Brain MR extension, you can view and review different brain results in 1 the Result Preview. For the Brain Morphometry feature: fused label map, fused deviation map. For the WMH feature: white matter hyperintensities map. SIEMENS .... Healthineers . You can configure the corresponding color range in the settings. The table on the right side shows the different tissue values in terms of Absolute (ml), Normalized (%) and Normative Range (%). Normalized volumes that are outside the normal range are indicated by an asterisk in the result table. If necessary, adjust the normative range or the blending ratio between the original MR image and the resulting map in the configuration settings. SIEMENS ....
