ADVIA 2120i SIEMENS Healthineers Perform an Automatic Hydraulic Pathway Wash - Weekly The automated Hydraulic Pathway wash includes the following: • RBC • Perox Flow Cell • Aspiration Flow Cell washes 1. Allow 2 vials of ADVIA 2120/2120i RBC Flow Cell Wash and 5 vials ADVIA 2120/2120i Aspiration Pathway Wash to stand for 15-20 minutes in order to reach room temperature. 2. On the sampler rack, load: • Two vials of ADVIA 2120/2120i RBC flow Cell Wash • Two vials of ADVIA 2120/2120i Perox Flow Cell Wash. • Five vials of ADVIA 2120/2120i Aspiration Pathway Wash. 3. Ensure the barcode labels on each tube are facing outward and accessible to the barcode reader. 4. Press the Start/Stop Sampler button on the touchpad . 5. The analyzer automatically advances the sample rack and begins automated 020 10 pathway washes. 020 6. The sample rack ejects. 7. Verify the system performance by running quality control and confirming the results are within range. 8. The analyzer resumes normal analysis after cleaning is complete.
