Advanced 3D Applications ARTIS icono/pheno

The Advanced 3D Applications course is designed to provide the participant with an overall knowledge of the advanced 3D functions for the ARTIS icono and ARTIS pheno. Through the use of demonstrations, lectures, and hands on with the system and/or SmartSimulators, the participant will gain the knowledge to perform 3D spins, calculate injection protocols, understand the differences between Dyna3D and DynaCT and how each can affect different types of resolution. This course will also provide the participant with the ability to post process different types of 3D images, perform registration functions to aid in performing 3D overlay functions, define layouts, perform user configurations, and create images for archiving.
