
ACUSON SC2000™ eSie Valves
This is a short video reviewing the steps of performing eSie Valve analysis on the aortic valve and mitral valve.
In this video, I would like to review with you Siemens Easy Valve software. We were going to use easy Valve to model an aortic valve for a pre Tabor screening. At this point you would have already done a 40 acquisition of the Aerotique valve. Your next step will be to hover over the image on the thumbnail, do a right click on your next key and launch easy valves. At this point, it's going to be 3 easy steps. Step number one. Will be to align at the aerotique valve. Step number two will be to find mid systole where the annulus will be at at its largest. And step #3 will be detect aortic valve. At this point, within about four seconds, the valve will be completely modeled. For a Tavor case, I would definitely go into, edit the model. And look at a few of these important images. The ones we want to pay special attention to are going to be the right hinge. The non hinge and the left hinge. Equally important is going to be the Corona lview. This is the view where we would edit if we disagreed where the model was made. Once we agree with the model, we will go into analysis. To get our numbers. Four taver I would recommend changing the left menu to intervention. That will display for you your annular area annular perimeter and the left and right ostium height.
