4D workflow - Phase contouring (USA)

In this video you will learn how to contour a single phase and how to spread this contour to all other phases.

First, learn how to contour a single phase. Then learn how to spread this contour to all other phases. Please keep in mind that the user interface may differ slightly on different host systems. Load the patient into the application and load the 4D phases into the image area. To start the contouring for the loaded phase, add a contour by selecting the plus button in the Anatomy and Targets area. Rename and change the color to your preference. To rename select the name and the structure. To change the color, click on the color and select your preferred color. Activate the Freehand tool in 3D mode, then draw contours on several. Parallel. Slices. The contour interpolation is performed. Edit the contours by deselecting the pen and activating the nudge tool. You can adjust the contour in any of the loaded slices now. The active phase shown is contoured. To contour all the other loaded phases you need to propagate the contour. To propagate the contour, right click on the created structure. Click propagate. To with the. Loaded phases open. Select the phases that you would like to propagate the contour to and click on Copy. The contours will be added by. Using deformation. During the.
