Note: The following guide uses an endovaginal 12 o’clock transducer orientation. Create a 3D Preset for retroflexed uteruses. Before Acquiring the 3D Data Set Step 1 Complete the transabdominal / endovaginal exam documenting uterine position. Step 2 Tap the U/D Flip feature on the touch screen. U/D Flip Step 2 Tap the L/R Flip feature on the touch screen. L/R Flip After Acquisition of the 3D Data Set Step 1 Align the endometrium parallel to the bottom of the system monitor using the Z-axis rotation of the A and B planes. B Step 2 Select the Volume Rendering (VR) view on the touch screen.
