Automated major imaging mode changes Guided and automated clinical Automated text and body marker labeling workflow, based on a predefined checklist. Automated measurements 3 Unrestricted © Siemens Healthineers 2024 Speaker Notes: A protocol is a pre-defined checklist that guides users through a clinical workflow. This pre-defined checklist includes automated imaging mode changes, automated text and body markers, as well as automated measurements. Notes No. 3 SIEMENS Healthineers Objectives SIEMENS . Healthineers ... • Define protocols • Summarize benefits of a protocol • Review creating and modifying protocols • Discuss importing/exporting and offline customization • Review steps in using protocols 4 Unrestricted © Siemens Healthineers 2024 Speaker Notes: No speaker notes. Notes No. 4 SIEMENS Healthineers Why use protocols? SIEMENS . Healthineers ... Benefits of Standardize protocols Guide new users Reduce Enable flexibility exams across keystrokes when needed users 5 Unrestricted © Siemens Healthineers 2024 Speaker Notes: The following are benefits of using workflow protocols: • Protocols help guide new users through an exam. Whether users are new to the protocol or to the system, they can use protocols as a guide through an exam. • Protocols will standardize exams and provide consistency among groups of different users. This will ensure that no standard views and measurements are missed on an exam. • A reduction in keystrokes is another benefit to using protocols, as functions and modes are automatically activated. • Protocols are also flexible when needed. For example, the protocol can be paused at any point to obtain additional images/measurements outside of the protocol. This is helpful when pathology is present. Notes No. 5 SIEMENS Healthineers Objectives SIEMENS .
