Welcome to the training on how to use the CT Simulator from Siemens Helth Aeneas in the Smart Simulator. Watch this video to learn how to use CT Simulator tools. There are 2 simulator tools with which you can make some settings on the simulator. The Account Book menu and the simulator configuration window. Both tools can be hidden and parked at the left edge of the window. Please note that the simulator tools are only available in the simulator software and are intended to help you configure the system so that you can go through the examination process in the Smart Simulator with clinical image data. These tools are not available on the real CT scanner. After starting the simulator system, dasmenue.com Tobo is already open in the user interface. To hide this menu, click the minimize icon. You can hover over the blue area to display the button and click the button to reopen this menu if you want. There is another orange button called Show Simulator. If you click on it, you can enter the simulator configuration window. If you do not want the configuration window and dasmenue.com Tobo to be displayed in the user interface, please do not close them, but minimize the windows. They are then parked at the bottom left of the window, from where they can be accessed at any time. If dasmenue.com turbo is closed, it will be automatically reopened after a few seconds. If the simulator window closes, you can reopen it by selecting Simulator from the Account menu. Please note that when the simulator configuration window is closed, it may not be possible to complete the entire scan process on the system. The Window tool can be dragged and dropped. Now let's see what we can do with the menus in account. First, click the Scan icon to bring up the scheduler. Because this is a newly created session, the work list is empty. In Account, click the Add New Patients menu. The system randomly creates 5 patients to be examined in the work list. Click the Explorer menu to open File Explorer from Windows. Here you can manage all imported or exported data files, for example, image data, scan, log, files, etc. You can access the shared folders with the name of your email address. Here you can transfer files from the simulator to your local PC and vice versa. When you click the Examination Designer menu in Account, the Examination Designer opens directly in a separate window without having to log in as a clinic administrator. It offers the same functions as when called via the System Configuration menu. If you click on the License File menu, you can open and view the license file and you can block each license as desired. However, you should only do this if you are familiar with the license file, otherwise it can lead to unpredictable problems with the simulator system. Another very helpful menu escapes Oboist Scan and Go. It provides access to the tablet's user interface on the simulator console. Here you can follow the mobile scan workflow. There is also a Menu Patient Marking Simulator where you can simulate the reader's error messages on Radio Oncology, Systems, Wiko, Open Pro and Go SIM. The last menu escapes oboist on Summary Scene Shepherd. Please use it only if you encounter problems with the software. It takes about 3 minutes to restart the synchro CT software. If this process takes longer than 5 minutes, please restart the simulator session on the simulator website. Click the Restart icon. Wait a few minutes, and then click Connect after the simulator restarts. Now let's see what we can do with the simulator configuration window. Click the orange button to access the tool. In this tool, they will mainly use the Body Image section. Make sure the green flag is enabled. If not, click the a icon to activate Body Image. In Tomo gram parameters, a standard clinical image data set is always selected, from which the system creates a fictitious volume, which is positioned on the virtual patient table for examination. If you click on the icon with the 3 dots, you can select the desired image data from the pool. Click OK and click the Apply button. The system now loads the record. Depending on the size of the selected data set, it may take several minutes for the series to load. From the same platform, they can upload their own dataset and use it for an investigation in the simulator. Bolus Image Parameter is an option to set up a data set to be used in the Bolus Tracking method. You can change this record in the same way as the tomograph parameter. However, please use only one monitoring image dataset here. The next step is very important and must be done before you start a program scan in the scan. You need to make sure that the table is in the city position for the selected virtual patient. To do this, please always click on the Auto button. Positioning for Tomo Start. There are a few other tabs that might be of interest to them. In the Cardio Configuration card, for example, you can set a specific heart rate of the ECG signal. Enter a new value in the Pulse rate box, and then click the Apply button to activate it. In the injector configuration card, you may need to check the box for injector connected. If you do, you can use the injector coupling option for contrast agent examinations. When you click the Open Bolus Injector Window button, you can open the virtual injector panel. If you click activate, you can make the injector ready so that it is ready for use when an injection is required during the examination. In the simulator, you can open several control devices. When you open the drop-down list, you can select the control box, the remote control and other control devices. Please note that the buttons of the virtual control devices are all fully functional. For example, if you press the button of the emergency out wall switch, the system will actually turn off and behave just like in a real environment. To remove the control devices from the screen, right-click the control device and select Hide. In the simulator configuration window there are many other settings that are not relevant for your application purposes. Please do not change these settings if you do not know exactly what you are for. When you have made all the settings, please remember that the simulator configuration window does not close, but only minimizes.
